When you register for an activity, program or offer from Just An Ordinary Family vzw you consciously make a commitment. Our operation is small-scale, supported and coordinated - that is why we do not make refunds, not even in case of cancellation or absence.
We trust your responsibility and inner alignment when you choose to participate. In exceptional circumstances, you can always contact us; we will then search together for a suitable, fair solution within the capacity of our operation.

6. Respectful communication
We encourage openness, vulnerability and honesty. At the same time, we expect respectful communication. Offensive, derogatory or disruptive comments will be removed and may result in exclusion from our community.

7. Intellectual property
